PROCESS PM is a tested intranet solution for bonus wage calculation, which covers the range of functions up to the transfer to gross payroll accounting. Maximum complexity can be mapped because the software was originally developed for the particularly demanding logistics sector. The requirements in the logistics sector are characterized by the fact that both a particularly high number and extremely different orders must be calculated and evaluated. The solution supports the administration of all bonus types and wage types within the bonus payroll system, the administration of parameter data (time modules) and master data. Daily or monthly benefit overviews of the individual bonus areas can be generated at the push of a button. Individual bonuses, group bonuses and average bonuses can be calculated. The integration of quality bonuses is also prepared as standard. The target time module calculates the exact target times using order data from a wide variety of interfaces. Manual entry using time tickets is therefore not needed. Today, bonus management can be carried out with a minimum of personnel. An additional benefit is the generation of a data warehouse that enables management to have constant access to current key figures, order and customer structures over time. Today, the PM system is often used without the remuneration component in order to monitor the productivity development of widely diversified company structures and to control them, if necessary.
