PROJECT EXPLORER AND BASIS PARAMETER

PROCESS MX manages any number of projects and project variants via an explorer structure. The basis parameter that are necessary for a layout depiction are managed in structured dialogs.

Import and export interfaces on the basis of Microsoft Excel are available for easy storage compartment and parameter nomination.

 

 

THE LAYOUT DESIGNER

The layout is created in the warehouse designer. Here, necessary elements like walls, doors, shelfs, transfer points, routes and cross points can easily be created in the selection menu. By using an easy to create path graph, distances between any compartments and transfer points can be calculated. The direction of travel of one way routes can be dictated. Afterwards, a distance chart is created of the graph. The depiction of the layout is simple and realizable within a short time.

EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?

In the 3D view the warehouse and the path matrix can be checked for plausibility. Are all compartments placed correctly, is he height ratio correct, are all thoroughfares in the right place? For closer examination the layout can be moved any way.

 

THE SHELF EDITOR

The in the warehouse designer included shelf editor enables the detailed editing of a shelf up to every single storage place, which multiple descriptive parameter can be assigned to. Even shelf systems inside a shelf are possible. The adjustment of an existing shelf is possible at any time.

No. It is possible to save filter settings beyond one session. This can be done via the menu item “Parameters > Filter” by making the desired settings and then pressing the “save filter permanently” button.

Yes. An optional activation of retroactive performance levels is possible.
